The AV has many surface streets posted with 60 MPH limits. This lady came out of nowhere behind me (as in the next nearest vehicle was about a half mile back) slamming on brakes just before the pick up went by. As you can see she decided to pass me during double yellows while I was doing a little over 60.
This is not uncommon behavior along this stretch of road.
